Job summary

Vita Coco Company is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for the Boston area to drive revenue, depletion, distribution and in-store execution at Top 100 accounts. You will develop strategic plans, lead with distributors, and manage displays and shelf sets to maximize brand presence.

You will report to the Market Manager and collaborate with field teams, focusing on delivering strong sell-through and insights to improve performance across the retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or account management in CPG/beverage/DSD preferred.
• Proven ability to drive in-store execution: distribution, displays, shelf sets.
• Experience working with distributor partners and retail customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to execute all sales objectives in your territory.
• Lead innovation launches and drive excitement through the network.
• Organize retail programs and prioritize with distributors.
• Execute market blitzes and provide market insights.
• Sell displays and optimize sell-through with on-site team.
• Maintain POS materials for internal and distributor partners.
• Communicate retail execution consistently.
