Job summary

Sterling & Stone Jewelry is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily retail store operations. We’re looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about sales, customer service, and developing high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.

The role requires 2+ years of store management in jewelry or luxury retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and a flexible Tue-Sat schedule (10:30 am–6:30 pm).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail store management experience.
• Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or specialty retail is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in-store Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 am-6:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed store goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create lasting client relationships.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects the Sterling & Stone brand.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across our sterling silver and gemstone collections.
• Ensure store standards reflect the Sterling & Stone brand at all times.
