Retail Sales Manager – Sterling & Stone Jewelry

We’re looking for a driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our in‑store team and elevate the customer experience. If you’re passionate about jewelry, sales leadership, and creating a high‑end shopping environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail sales associates
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with product expertise and personalized service
• Oversee daily store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management
• Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge—especially across sterling silver and gemstone collections
• Ensure store standards reflect the Sterling & Stone brand at all times
