The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and store operations tasks, working closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in management. The role includes exploring cashiering, merchandise displays, register procedures, and routine cleaning as part of daily duties, with a pathway toward understanding management

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude for working with Guests.
• Cashier responsibilities and register procedures familiarity may be required.
• Merchandising and display tasks are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs and create a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to the Team.
• Maintain knowledge of products and store procedures.
