Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations, sales, merchandising and customer service.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and develop management skills while assisting with daily tasks such as cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree, have an interest in long-term careers in retail, and are ready to contribute to guest satisfaction and team

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Interest in long-term commitment with Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service duties such as greeting guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, and ensuring legendary service.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development tasks including recruiting opportunities and maintaining a positive floor culture.
• Visual Merchandise Management tasks including presenting merchandise, staying current on product range, and ensuring organized displays.
• Operations responsibilities including flexible scheduling, cash handling, loss prevention, and POS procedures.
• Internship Duties involving orientation, progress reports, product knowledge, leading teams, and special projects.

Education
