Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations and guest service. You will perform sales, merchandising and routine tasks under the Store Manager’s guidance to learn Buckle’s retail business and what it takes to excel in management.

This internship covers cashiering, displays, inventory pulls, and loss prevention basics, with opportunities to develop leadership, teamwork and customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at a four-year college or university; no prior experience required.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
• Interested in a long-term commitment with Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store, merchandise, and promotions.
• Assist guests in locating or obtaining merchandise and advise on fit and styling.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and handle transactions.
• Perform merchandising tasks, displays, and routine store upkeep.
