Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is offering a Sales and Management Internship to help you learn how Buckle’s retail business operates and to excel in management. You will engage in sales, merchandising and store operations while working closely with the Store Manager to gain hands-on experience.

You will complete internship modules, develop product knowledge, and contribute to a positive guest experience. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and leadership growth in a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete Buckle internship modules: Orientation, Leadership, Recruiting.
• Provide weekly reports and progress updates to Area and District Managers.
• Develop understanding of Buckle’s products, sales presentation, and merchandising process.
• Manage a product category, set goals, educate teammates, track results.
• Lead and motivate the team using Performance Tracker to meet sales goals.
• Perform duties with high customer service while contributing to team spirit.
