Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations, guest service and merchandising. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and develop leadership skills while delivering an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

The internship covers on-the-job training in sales, visual merchandising, and opening/closing procedures. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's degree and are expected to participate in weekly progress

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.
• Willingness to learn Buckle processes and retail basics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating or selecting merchandise based on needs.
• Support merchandising and store presentation to maximize sales.
• Open and close cash registers and perform routine POS duties.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and store policies.
