Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Grand Rapids is offering a Sales and Management Intern role designed to immerse students in Buckle’s retail operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn how Buckle’s business runs and how to excel in leadership while supporting sales, merchandising, and guest service tasks.

The internship emphasizes hands-on experience across customer service, product knowledge, and performance tracking, with opportunities to contribute to real store goals and projects.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field of study; no prior experience or training necessary.
• Interested in a long-term commitment with Buckle.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; help locate items.
• Assist with merchandising, cashiering, and basic store operations as directed.
• Develop product knowledge and share education with teammates.
• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain guest relationships.
• Support Teammate Recruiting, Training, and Development activities.
