Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to learn Buckle’s retail operations while supporting sales, merchandising and daily store duties. You will work with the Store Manager to understand how merchandise is presented and how to excel in a management role through hands-on experience.

The internship emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork, with exposure to job duties in sales, operations and leadership development within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales, merchandising and operational tasks as directed by store management.
• Greet Guests, answer questions, and help locate merchandise.
• Support cashiering, display maintenance, and store cleanliness per Buckle standards.
• Work with Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and management expectations.
