The Buckle, Inc. is offering a Sales and Management Internship in Michigan designed to immerse you in our retail environment while you develop management skills.

You will participate in guest service, merchandising, and daily store operations to gain hands-on experience and a clear path to leadership roles. As an intern, you will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s customer service standards, sales techniques, and merchandising best practices, while balancing school commitments

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; no prior experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
