The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to assist in delivering an exceptional guest experience and to develop hands-on understanding of Buckle’s retail operations.

You will participate in sales, merchandising and store tasks under the Store Manager's guidance, while learning the business and leadership fundamentals. Requirements include pursuing a Bachelor's degree and an interest in long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and assist guests with product selection and fitting.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and follow loss prevention guidelines.
• Assist with merchandise display, stocking, and store cleanliness.
