Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. seeks a Sales and Management Intern to support store operations and learn the retail business. You will assist with sales, merchandising, and daily tasks under the guidance of the Store Manager to understand how Buckle’s retail operations work and how to excel in management.

Responsibilities include guest service, merchandising, POS procedures, and participation in internship duties designed to develop leadership and product knowledge while maintaining Buckle’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.
• No prior experience required or training necessary.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and return procedures.
