Job summary

Buckle in Pittsburgh is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support sales, merchandising and operations. Work with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in leadership, while delivering exceptional Guest service.

You will assist with cash handling, merchandise display, and store procedures, gaining hands-on experience across departments and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• No prior experience or training required.
• Interested in long-term commitment with Buckle.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and making recommendations.
• Learn Buckle's sales processes and contribute to achieving sales goals.
• Display merchandise and maintain orderly sales floors.
• Support store management with daily operations and training.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and Leadership development tasks.
