Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Sales and Management Intern to learn the retail business, support store operations, and develop leadership skills through hands-on experience in sales, merchandising, and customer service.

You will work with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s service standards, merchandising processes, and loss prevention practices, while gaining exposure to daily store routines and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Support operations to ensure a clean, shoppable store.
