Job summary

You will train, motivate, and celebrate associates, drive KPI results, and maintain AEO brand standards on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

You will recruit and develop talent, lead by example, and ensure daily operations align with store standards while maintaining guest-first service and a team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity to boost KPI results.

• Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching and recognition.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards in line with policy.
