American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will run LOD shifts, ensure a top-notch guest experience, train and motivate associates, and drive sales while upholding AE Brand Standards.

You will recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and maintain visual and operational excellence on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. AEO emphasizes guest-first service and integrity in daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
