Job summary

This role drives KPI results, trains and motivates associates, and maintains AEO visual and operational standards to keep fitting rooms guest-ready.

You will recruit and develop talent, provide ongoing coaching, and celebrate achievements to foster a guest-first culture and strong team engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced store environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive KPI results through guest first service and selling floor productivity.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing store associates to meet business needs.
• Strong coaching, feedback and performance management skills.

Responsibilities
