Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for Capitol City Mall to drive operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while guiding associates and delivering a great in-store shopping experience. You will lead coaching, scheduling, and merchandise flow to maximize sales and ensure policy adherence.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and proficiency with iPad and POS systems, with availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in retail or customer service.
• Proficient with iPad and POS systems.
• Availability for nights, weekends and flexible hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to maintain floor operations and service.
• Partner with Store Management to evaluate associate performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policies.
• Manage daily store operations and scheduling.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Ensure customer experience aligns with brand standards.
• Support launches and visual presentation standards.
