PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join Captiol City Mall location in Camp Hill. The role drives sales floor and stockroom operations, trains associates, and delivers exceptional in-store experiences for customers.

The position requires high school education, flexibility for nights/weekends, and strong communication skills. Prior retail leadership and knowledge of POS systems are a plus. Benefits include health, 401(k), merchandise discount, PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and supervisors.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers; strong tech basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans to improve results.
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout and merchandise flow, including shipments and replenishment.
• Monitor customer service quality and schedule efficiently.
