Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express at Burlington Mall, is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join the team. The Sales Leader drives floor and stockroom operations and helps train associates to deliver a great in-store shopping experience.

You will coach associates, manage schedules, ensure coverage, support merchandise flows, and uphold policies while maintaining exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required or better.
• Proven ability to coach and lead a sales team.
• Strong communication with customers, peers and supervisors.
• Comfort with technology (iPad, registers).
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations to optimize sales and efficiency.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates for service and performance.
• Collaborate with Store Management to review associate performance.
• Train teams on store policies, product knowledge and procedures.
• Create schedules that ensure proper coverage during peak times.
• Oversee checkout and merchandise flow, including replenishment.
• Support window changes, visual standards and signage placement.
