Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You’ll train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving strong sales and upholding our brand standards.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage daily operations, recruit and develop talent, and coach teams to achieve KPI targets. AEO values realness and guest-first service.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you're an expert at driving sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience.
• You're a people leader: You're about motivating and inspiring the team through AEO's core values and upholding service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• You've got an eye for talent and a love of training: You recruit and hire strong talent and develop associates to provide outstanding service.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: You set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching to drive engagement.
• You're a visual & operational innovator: You execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
