Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a store leadership professional at the Lancaster showroom to train, supervise, and motivate sales associates while driving sales and merchandising excellence. You will set objectives, coach staff, and coordinate showroom operations to achieve monthly goals.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, strong communication and coaching abilities, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Competitive benefits apply at the Lancaster location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high volume retail management.
• Professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and development skills.
• Proven track record of sales success in a retail environment in a revenue-driven atmosphere.
• Able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule shifts, and supervise sales associates.
• Coordinate the operation of the showroom by establishing goals for their sales associates.
• Set objectives, plan, organize, and direct sales associates to meet objectives and maximize their potential.
• Consult with each sales associate to establish realistic sales goals for the month and action plan.
• Offer coaching, advice, support, and motivation to help meet sales objectives.
• Monitor weekly performance and compare it with the objective.
• Maximize merchandising efforts by using displays, signage, and showroom layout.
• Oversee all aspects of associate performance, sales, operations and financial performance and set team goals.
• Communicate effectively with partner departments and management.
• Coordinate placement of merchandise on the showroom floor with store management.
• Create a work environment where teamwork drives individual and collective success.
• Perform additional functions as required by management.
