Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching for floor ops and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management on associate performance feedback.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans.
• Manage checkout experience and merchandise flow.
• Monitor customer service quality and schedule effectively.
