PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our Express brand team in Fort Wayne, IN. The role drives store floor and stockroom operations, coaches associates, and delivers exceptional in-store experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include motivating teams, managing schedules, overseeing checkout and merchandise flow, and partnering with store management to drive sales and standards. Experience in retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and register systems.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Physical ability to perform store duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store staff on floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policies and procedures.
• Execute action plans to optimize results and daily store operations.
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage to create a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow, including omni-channel tasks.
• Monitor and analyze customer service quality and schedule accordingly.
