PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join the Express brand team at the Shoppes At River Crossing location. The role drives floor and stockroom operations while coaching associates to deliver exceptional in-store experiences for customers.

You will partner with Store Management to provide feedback on performance, train staff on procedures and product knowledge, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Availability for nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store associates for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure a great customer experience.
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience.
