PUMA SE in Orange, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor for The Block at Orange. You will drive sales and service standards while leading a small team, managing scheduling and payroll, and optimizing inventory. A strong focus on customer experience and profitability is essential.

Base pay ranges from $22.90 to $25.90 per hour plus bonus and benefits. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required. PUMA promotes equality and fairness in its hiring process.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and to present information to large groups.
• Strong team player with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Computer skills including MS Office and basic retail software familiarity.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and work non-traditional hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Assist Store Manager and Asst. Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of employees.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering excellent service.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store leadership and manage inventory/shrink goals.
• Handle and process incoming/outgoing merchandise and maintain store policies and safety.
