PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader at Patriot Place to drive on‑the‑floor operations, manage the stockroom, and deliver a great in‑store shopping experience for Express customers.

You will train and motivate associates, implement schedules, oversee checkout and omni‑channel tasks, and partner with Store Management to uphold brand standards and a superior customer experience.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role at Patriot Place.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and register systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in‑the‑moment coaching to store associates for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure strong customer experiences.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow including omni‑channel tasks.
