Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Deerbrook Express store in Humble, TX. The role drives on‑floor and stockroom operations, coaches associates, and delivers standout in‑store experiences across our Express brand.

You will develop schedules, manage coverage, train staff on product knowledge and store policies, and partner with management to optimize sales and customer service. Prior retail leadership is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year of experience minimum.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights/weekends.
• Able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide coaching and training to store associates for efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training on store operations, product knowledge, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and maintain coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout, merchandise flow, and omni-channel operations.
