PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, seeks a Retail Sales Leader for the Quakerbridge Mall location in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will drive floor and stockroom operations, coach associates, and ensure a superior in-store experience for every customer.

You will manage schedules, assist with product launches, and maintain product knowledge, promotions, and policies to maximize sales while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and daily operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Provide coaching and training to associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to evaluate performance and optimize coverage.
• Oversee checkout, merchandise flow, and omni-channel operations in store.
• Lead by example to deliver a consistent Express customer experience.
