PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express brand and is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Jersey Shore Premium in New Jersey. You will help deliver a great in-store shopping experience and assist with stocking, cleaning and merchandising to support store goals.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork and reliability, with availability for nights and weekends. The store offers a merchandise discount, benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-paced multichannel retailer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail experience with at least 6 months preferred.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, POS registers).
• Must be available nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing wait times.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs through education and engagement.
