Express is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Quakerbridge Mall store in Lawrenceville, NJ. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, recruiting, training, and sales leadership, delivering an outstanding in-store experience for customers.

You will coach sales associates, manage merchandising and omnichannel activities, ensure policy compliance, and drive initiatives to meet performance goals while maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years relevant retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale devices and store tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop Sales Associates.
• Drive sales, coach staff, and maintain customer service standards.
