Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Jersey Shore Premium Express store. The role drives store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom while coaching associates to deliver a great in-store shopping experience.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience, be proficient with iPad and POS, and be available nights and weekends. This full-time position offers benefits and opportunities within the Express brand.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Physical requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to store associates for efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure proper associate coverage.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow including replenishment and omni-channel tasks.
• Monitor customer service quality and model our customer experience.
• Create effective schedules and promote a great in-store environment.
• Resolve customer issues to a positive outcome and maintain product knowledge and signage standards.
