Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking an Associate Lead to support store operations and drive profitability through excellent customer service and effective supervision. You will oversee sales activities, cash handling, and staff scheduling while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

The role involves collaboration with management, coaching associates, and maintaining merchandise presentation during promotions. Candidates should have retail leadership experience and strong communication skills.

Competenze

High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
Able to travel to stores throughout the district.

Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers; responds to inquiries and complaints professionally.
Performs cash handling, pricing, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties; reviews payroll docs for accuracy.
