Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking an Associate Lead to support store operations, drive customer service, and maximize profitability. You will assist with cash handling, scheduling, and staff supervision while ensuring merchandise is presented according to promotions and standards.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, handling inquiries, and maintaining security and loss prevention practices. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk on the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; respond to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Perform cash handling, register transactions, price changes and payroll documentation.
• Monitor sales activities; coach and train associates to meet targets.
• Maintain security and loss prevention practices; monitor security risks.
• Present merchandise per current promotions and standards.
• Assist inventory receipts and dispatch; prepare weekly schedules.
