Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You will drive a positive, customer-centric culture and guide the team to achieve store goals through clear direction and hands-on leadership.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge sharing, and the implementation of brand priorities on the sales floor, all while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer and peer relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Share brand priorities with store teams.
• Create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork with peers and leaders.
