Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. seeks a Sales Lead to support Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture across store operations. You will help drive profitability while delivering a great customer experience and embodying our values.

Responsibilities include supervising sales associates, opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, and coaching the team to achieve sales goals, product knowledge, and clienteling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Knowledge of store operations and cash handling.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and communicates clear expectations for brand and behavior standards.
• Oversees opening/closing duties and merchandise flow.
• Supervises sales associates and maintains floor coverage.
• Coaches team on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Maintains loss prevention and POS policy adherence.
