Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking an Associate Lead to support store management, drive sales, and ensure a great customer experience. You will supervise sales associates, handle basic store operations, and assist with scheduling and training to meet district goals.

You’ll promote customer service, manage cash handling, POS transactions, loss prevention, and merchandising standards while helping to maximize profitability and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 2 years retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate a register.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Performs cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and open/close duties.
• Monitors sales activities and trains associates toward goals.
• Maintains store standards and merchandising according to promotions.
• Schedules weekly floor coverage within fiscal guidelines.
• Supports product knowledge and customer-related services.
