Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers; responds to inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Performs cash handling, price changes, merchandise handling, and boarding/opening/closing duties.
• Monitors sales activities, coaches associates, and helps achieve targets.
• Maintains knowledge of promotions; presents merchandise according to standards.
• Supports inventory receipt, dispatch, and loss prevention activities.
• Supervises staff, prepares weekly schedules, and supports store operations.
