American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and rock strong LOD shifts for a stellar guest experience. You’ll hold daily store operations, train and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales while embodying our REAL self values.

You’ll maximize productivity on the floor and fitting rooms, recruit and develop talent, and coach the team to consistently meet service standards. Integrity and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and train the team to meet AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and develop associates to ensure sufficient staffing for business needs.
• Set clear goals and provide ongoing performance feedback with real-time coaching.
• Execute and innovate visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection standards and adherence to AEO policies.
