AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Paramus, New Jersey to support the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty shifts and to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage daily operations, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results while upholding our brand standards and values.

You will recruit and develop talent, provide coaching, and lead the team to deliver best-in-class service on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
