American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by managing LOD shifts and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You’ll oversee daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while embodying our values.

You’ll lead by example on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room, recruit and develop talent, and ensure adherence to brand standards and safety policies. This role is on-site in Peoria, IL.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead retail teams and drive sales performance.

• Experience in training, coaching and developing associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Sales team as a key on-duty leader to maximize sales.
