Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing guest interactions on the floor and in the fitting room, supporting KPI attainment.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates to deliver guest-first service and AEO standards.
• Recruit and train team members to ensure optimal staffing and service.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to maximize productivity and engagement.
• Maintain store visuals and operations to align with brand standards and operational guidelines.
