Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty shifts and a focus on outstanding guest experiences. You will manage daily store operations, coach associates, and drive strong sales results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll recruit and train talent, uphold brand standards, and ensure visual and operational excellence across the floor and fitting rooms. Integrity and teamwork are essential in this role.

• Ability to drive KPI results through effective coaching and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leader on Duty shifts to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Motivate and develop associates, holding them accountable to service standards.
• Recruit, train and coach staff to ensure appropriate store staffing and performance.
• Monitor daily operations, shipments, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection and company policies.
