Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Sales Leader in Florida to drive in-store and online selling while leading a customer-focused team. You will model excellent customer interactions and uphold store policies, partnering with the Store Manager to execute business plans.

You will train staff, promote loyalty programs, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and inventory. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a strong store presence to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in a retail or service industry.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Energetic, people- and results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver license.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in in-store and online experiences.
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture with greeting, re-engagement, education and thanks.
• Understands role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads customer cues to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Acts as brand ambassador, upholding policies and procedures.
• Performs Manager on Duty duties including opening/closing and supervision.
• Assists in freight processing and maintains stockroom organization.
