Job summary

Kirkland’s is seeking a Sales Leader in Houston to drive in-store and online selling with a customer-obsessed approach. You’ll lead by example, guide the team, and ensure brand standards, promotions, and loyalty programs are communicated to customers.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, visual presentation, and collaboration with the Store Manager to maximize sales and store profitability. Weekend/evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer selling skills required.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support customer selling in store and online experiences.
• Model and coach a customer-obsessed culture to drive sales.
• Oversee store operations, opening/closing, and team supervision.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Maintain visual presentation and inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and act as brand ambassador.
