Job summary

Todd Snyder in Bal Harbour, USA is seeking a Sales Leader - TS to support the store management team by embodying a Customer First culture and leading daily operations in the absence of management. This role reports to the Store Management Team and supervises Store Associates.

The Sales Leader will drive KPI results, coach staff in real-time, and ensure brand standards, merchandising, and loss-prevention policies are followed. Flexible availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred; 1–2 years minimum.
• Leadership or team-leader experience a plus.
• Flexible availability for store needs; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store on the floor as Leader on Duty as needed.
• Set clear expectations and coach associates to meet standards.
• Drive store KPIs through business plan execution and coaching.
• Train and develop associates to foster a Customer First culture.
• Maintain brand standards and drive merchandise presentation and stock flow.
