Responsibilities

• Perform the responsibilities of the Leader on Duty (LOD) to foster a Customer First culture.
• Drive KPI results and support the store business plan execution.
• Lead training, development and coaching of the associate team.
• Maintain brand standards and strategic merchandising presentation.
• Ensure store operations, audits and shrink results meet loss prevention standards.
