Responsibilities

• Lead the store as Leader on Duty to foster a Customer First culture.
• Set clear expectations and coach associates to meet brand standards.
• Drive KPI results by executing the store business plan.
• Set and monitor individual goals; provide real-time coaching.
• Lead training and development of the associate team.
• Maintain brand standards and effective merchandising.
• Ensure stockroom and shipment flow; support loss prevention.
• Perform daily operational procedures and adhere to company policies.
• Make decisions on refunds and cash handling in absence of management.
