Job summary

You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and operational expectations are met. You will coach teams, manage store programs, and support omni-channel initiatives such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while championing loyalty enrollments and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout for smooth transactions and customer support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
